- Great care has been taken to ensure that the Product’s displayed on our website mirror a boutique shopping experience. However, colour may vary from device to device therefore Sparxz cannot guarantee that the Product is a mirror of that viewed online.
- In order to be able to make purchases through the Sparxz website, you will be requested to register. The information sought will allow Sparxz to handle your transaction efficiently and effectively.
- As payment will be made online, it is important that you enter all the requested information accurately. This will ensure that there is no delay in the dispatch of your order.

Sizing Information
- Sizing varies considerably amongst the boutiques, brands and designers we stock. To help you choose the best size, we have provided you with the relevant size guide on every product page.

Promotion Codes
- Promotion codes are non-transferable and there is no cash alternative. Furthermore, they cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion code or offers, and must be redeemed by the date published.
MAKING A PURCHASE
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing an airwaybill/tracking number, which you can use to track your order online. If you are registered with us, you can also follow delivery by signing into your account and selecting My Account, followed by Order Status.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
- Before we can dispatch your purchases, we may need to confirm your details with your card issuer. We will do our best to keep delays to a minimum.
- Our delivery time starts from the moment an order is accepted and your items will be processed and dispatched by our warehouse within the shipping/lead time provided on the product purchased. Please note this can take longer during our sale periods when it may take up to 48 hours in addition to the lead time provided on the product purchased for shipments to be dispatched.
- We work closely with our shipping partner to minimize the potential impact of custom delays on our international customers.
PAYMENT
- You confirm that the Payment card that is being used is yours or that you have been specifically authorised by the owner of the Payment card to use it. All Payment card holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer.
- If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorise payment, Sparxz will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.
- Sparxz takes essential precautions to ensure the security of the Website.
- All Payment card transactions on the Website are processed using a secure online payment gateway that encrypts your card details in a secure host environment. All reasonable care, as it is in Sparxz’s power to do so, to keep the details of your order and payment secure. In the absence of negligence on our part Sparxz cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorised access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from the Website.
- Sparxz accepts COD only for orders placed on boutiques which offer this option. Kindly note this information in the product details page.
Representations and Warranties
Sparxz makes no representations or warranties of any kind whatsoever, expressed or implied, in connection with these terms or the Website, including but not limited to warranties of satisfactory quality, non-infringement or fitness for a particular purpose, except to the extent such representations and warranties are not legally excludable. You agree that, to the fullest extent that Sparxz will not be responsible or liable (whether in contract, tort or otherwise), under any circumstances, for any:
- interruption of business
- access delays or access interruptions to the Website
- data non-delivery, misdelivery, corruption, destruction or other modification
- loss or damages of any sort incurred as a result of dealings with or the presence of off- Website links on the Website
- computer viruses, system failure or malfunction which may occur in connection with your use of the Website, including during hyperlink to or from third party websites
- any inaccuracies, omissions or misleading, false or deceptive statement in the content; or
- Events beyond Sparxz’s reasonable control.
Further, to the fullest extent permitted by law, Sparxz will not be liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind (including lost profits) related to the Website.
Delivery Schedule
We process and ship all our orders 5 days a week, with the exception of Saturday and Sunday and other government holidays. For India orders we will aim to delivery your order within the stipulated delivery time as shown in every product details page, however delays may occur that are outside of Sparxz’s control. In the event that this occurs your order will be delivered within a maximum additional time of 2-5 days.
Important Delivery Information:
- A signature is required upon the receipt of the shipment.
- We insure all packages in transit from sparxz.in to the delivery address against theft and accidental damage, once the package has been signed for it is no longer insured by Sparxz.
- Sparxz.in reserves the right to add extra charges to the shipping delivery if your location is in a remote area.

Credit Card:
All credit card refunds will be credited back to the original payment card used for the transaction. Please note that shipping charges and any taxes and customs duties incurred will not be refunded.
Cash on delivery:
Cash on delivery refunds will be processed through a cheque made out to the “billing name” provided at the time of placing the order.
Bank transfer:
Bank transfer refunds will be credited back to the original account used for the transaction.
General
You acknowledge and agree that these Terms, together with Sparxz’s Privacy Policy, constitute the complete and exclusive agreement between us concerning your use of the Website and any purchase by you of any Products from Sparxz, supersede and govern all prior proposals, agreements, or other communications. If any provision of these Terms is held to be illegal, invalid or unenforceable in whole or in part, then these Terms shall continue to be valid as to the other provisions and the remainder of the affected provision. Sparxz reserves the right to change these Terms at any time and we encourage you to revisit these Terms periodically to ensure that you are at all times fully aware of our Terms. Any changes are effective immediately upon posting to the Website. Your continued use of the Website constitutes your agreement to all such Terms. Sparxz may, with or without prior notice, terminate any of the rights granted by these Terms. You shall comply immediately with any termination or other notice, including, as applicable, by ceasing all use of the Website. Sparxz reserve the right to refuse to supply Products to any person for any reason whatsoever, to withdraw any Items from the Website at any time and/or remove or edit any materials or content on the Website. Sparxz will not be liable to you or any third party by reason of Sparxz withdrawing of any Product from this Website whether or not such Products have been sold; removing or editing content on the Website; refusing to process a transaction or unwinding or suspending any transaction after processing has begun.
